6 gallon tomatoes, peeled & quartered
2 Tbsp. celery flakes
4 - 6 large onions, chopped
2 bay leaves, crushed
4 Tbsp. paprika
4 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. oregano
3 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. red pepper
1/3 c. salt
1 pt. cooking oil

Cook 2 - 3 hours or longer. Process while hot. Makes 24 pts.
