½ lb sweet butter
2 cup flour
pinch salt
1 tsp sugar
6 egg yolks beaten
2 tsp vanilla
Filling:
½ lb powdered sugar
½ lb grnd nuts
6 egg whites stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together filling ingredients and set aside.

Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter as for pie dough. Add 6 beaten egg yolks and 2 tsp of vanilla. Work well with hands into a smooth dough. Cut dough into four piesces (so that you get 15 balls out of each piece). Form small balls (size of marbles) Place on cookie sheet and chill overnight.
In the morning roll out each ball like you would if you were making noodles (roll out only a few at a time) Put 1 tsp of filling in center of dough, turning in on both sides and roll into the shape of a small horn. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in 375º oven for 15 minutes.
