1 c margarine
1 c brown sugar packed
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c peanut butter
3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and both sugars together. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in peanute butter. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets allowing room for expansion. Press with fork Dip fork in flour as needed to prevent batter stickiness. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes
