7 tbsp soft butter
½ c sugar
1 egg
1 ¾ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1/3 c honey
¼ c plain yogurt
2 tsp grated lemon peel
½ tsp lemon extract

Icing:
1 c icing sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated peel

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry. Drop by spoonfuls and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Cool and ice.
