2 c oatmeal
2 c flour
1 c sugar
3 tsp baking soda
3 tsp ginger
3 tsp cinnamon
1 c tenderflake
6 tbsp rogers syrup
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon. Add lard. Mix til crumbly, like pie crust. Add syrup and eggs. Mix well, roll into 1" balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 350º-375º for 12 minutes, until golden brown.
