4 cup flour
4 sticks butter
1 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks

Filling:

1 cup milk
6 tbsp flour
¼ stick butter
¾ c crisco
4 c pwdr sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and flour together. Mex egg yolks in sour cream. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Knead. Wrap and chill overnight. Roll dough to ⅛” thickness. Cut pieces of dough and wrap around a 1x5 “ clothespin in foil. Place on ungreashed sheet. Bake at 375º for 7 minutes, cool.

Filling:
Cook milk and flour until very thick like paste, chill. Mix butter, crisco, sugar and vanilla, mix into paste mixture. Fill each cookie and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated
