1 9" round chocolate cake (cut layer off top of cake)
¼ tsp grand marnier
½ c orange juice
1 c whipping cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
¼ c toasted nuts
½ c pitted cherries (halved)
2 blocks grated chocolate.
Directions:
Directions:
Place ½ of cake in bowl. Marinate with grand marnier and orange juice.
Whip cream and icing sugar, fold in nuts and cherries and chocolate. Fill cake in bowl with whipped cream mixture. Place other ½ of cake on top. Invert and sprinkle with icing sugar
