1 can crushed pineapple
1 c orange juice divided
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/3 c flour
¼ c sugar
¼ c powdered milk
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp grated orange peel
3 egg whites
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Heat 10" frying pan over high heat. Add juice and ½ c orange juice. Bring to boil for 2 ½ minutes or until liquid measure ¼ cup. Remove from heat, stir in brown sugar, spoon pineapple evenly over mixture. Set aside. Combine flour, sugar, milk powder, baking powder and orange peel. Mix well add ½ c orange juice, egg whites, oil and vanilla. Beat to blend. Beat high 2 minutes til smooth. Spoon over pineapple. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
