½ c brown sugar
2-3 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp margarine
4-6 apples, sliced and peeled
3 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
2/3 c margarine
2 c sugar
2 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13" pan, layer brown sugar over bottom. Layer apples over top and place dollops of margarine over top all. In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour over apples and bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until done.

Rhubarb upside down cake-Layer 2 cups rhubarb, 3 tbsp margarine, ½c sugar

Pineapple upside down cake-Layer 1 can sliced pineapple, 3 tbsp margarine ½ c brown sugar
