3 cup warm milk
7 beaten egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter
5-6 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp yeast + 1/2 c warm water + 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place melted utter, sugar, salt, yolks and milk in large bowl. Add yeast mixture and flour, beating til smooth. Let rise until doubled. Divide into 4-5 pieces, roll out til about 1/2" thick. Put on cookie sheet, width wise, 2 per sheet. Brush edges with butter, cup up plums into 1/4's. Place on dough, sprinkle with poppy seed and sugar (thickly). Let rise until doubled. Bake at 425º til brown.
