1 1/2 c Wesson Oil,
2 c Sugar,
2 Eggs,
3 c Flour,
1 1/2 tsp Soda,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Vanilla
3 c Fresh Apples chopped fine
1 c Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, Wesson oil and eggs. Then add flour with dry ingredients. Last add apples and pecans. Bake in tube cake pan 1 1/2 hrs at 325º

I always remember when going to stay with Aunt Robbie, she would have several desserts ready. This cake was a favorite of mine, that I always think of when I think of the special visits with her.
