1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
4 whole tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 whole large cucumber, cut in large chunks
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
30 whole pitted kalamata olive, halved
6 oz crumbled feta cheese
fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 c olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
1 t sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
6 whole kalamata olives, extra, chopped fine
salt and pepper
lemon for squeezing

Directions:
Directions:
Add chopped lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives half of the feta, and parsley to large bowl. Combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Pour dressing over salad ingredients, then top with additional feta, salt and pepper and lemon juice.
