Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24 Cherry Tomatoes, the large type varieties are better and if you can get different color types that is good too.
1/2 pound of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 head of shredded lettuce of your favorite variety chopped into bite size pieces
5 Tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Remove seeds to make a nice hollow area.

In bowl mix crumbled bacon and lettuce. Add mayonnaise. I really do not measure this out. I add enough mayonnaise so that everything is a fairly dry consistency.

Spoon mixture onto tomatoes and serve

Personal Notes:
These are good appetizer and very easy to make. You can fill up a baking dish of ice and place the tomatoes on a plate and set on top of the ice if you serve these in the summer time. Cover the plate with foil and the appetizer will stay chilled so the mayonnaise does not get rancid. I use tomatoes from the garden and I grow a red and white variety. They look very appealing to the eye the more colors you add. You can also add a bit of chopped red pepper, or shredded carrot for more color.
