2 cups carrots, sliced thinly
(can substitute broccoli, cauliflower)
2 small cans (or ½ large can) chicken broth
1 can evaporated skim milk
1/3 cup warm water
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil vegetable until very soft. Drain and place in blender with one small can of broth. Puree until smooth. Transfer to large saucepan and add other can of broth and can of evap. milk. Add flour mixed
with warm water. Add sugar, curry, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for ½ hour.
