¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup milk
½ tsp. salt
4 eggs
¼ cup margarine
2 medium-size apples thinly sliced
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
· Heat oven to 400 degrees
· Place 2 round cake pans in oven with 2 Tbsp. margarine in each pan; rotate pans until margarine is melted and coats sides of pans.
· Beat together flour, milk, salt and eggs.
· Arrange half of thinly sliced apples in each pan; divide batter evenly and pour over apples.
· Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle 2 Tbsp. sugar mixture over batter in each pan.
· Bake until puffed and golden brown (about 25 minutes).
