1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1-3/4 cups "old-fashioned" oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 cup canola oil

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until brown.
We tripled recipe and used a 9x13" pan.
