1 c. Milk
4 1/2 sticks Oleo
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Pkgs. Yeast
10 c. Flour
2 c. Dk. Brown Sugar
1 bottle Light Karo Syrup
Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture
Chopped pecans (if desired)

Scald milk - remove from heat. Add 2 sticks oleo and allow to melt. Add salt & sugar, eggs (beaten), and the yeast which you have dissolved in 1 cup of warm water. Blend, then add flour. Mix well.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Mix well, 2 sticks melted oleo, brown sugar and Karo syrup. Cover bottom of round cake pans or 8x8 square pans (makes 4) with syrup mixture - sprinkle with nuts (if desired).
Roll out 1/4 of the dough. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll up, slice (3/4" - 1" thick) and place in pans. Allow to rise in pans for 2 hrs.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven. Cool for 15 minutes.
Turn out onto heavyweight foil. Continue cooling then wrap in foil to refrigerate or freeze. Reheat to serve.
