Ingredients:  
12 carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked in water with 1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Sugar.
Melt one stick butter or oleo
¼ cup of flour
2 cups milk
Small grated onion
½ tsp. Prepared mustard
¼ tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce from butter, flour, and milk.
Add onion, mustard, celery salt and pepper
Cut cheese into chunks and stir into sauce until blended.
Place prepared carrots in bottom of oven-safe serving dish.
Pour sauce over carrots.
Top with bread crumbs.

Bake 20 min. at 350 deg.
Makes large amount.
