3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 T lemon juice

In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Mix well using a whisk.
Slowly pour in the honey and lemon juice, continue mixing until smooth. This dressing can also be used for a dipping sauce.
