4-6 boneless chicken breasts, cut-up
1 bag dry bread stuffing mix
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of __ soup
1/2 soup can white cooking wine
1/2 soup can water
½ can sliced black olives
1 can artichoke hearts (packed in water)-drained and quartered
water chestnuts and mushrooms (opt.)
½ stick butter - melted

Directions:

Spray baking dish. Lay boneless chicken breasts in bottom of pan. Spread dressing mix in empty spaces around chicken. Lay slices of swiss
cheese over the chicken. Mix together one can cream of _____ soup, ½ soupcan white wine and ½ soup can water. Spread this mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle with artichoke hearts (drained) and sliced black olives. (Can add water chestnuts/ mushrooms). Drizzle melted butter over all. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for ½ hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 min. (can reduce temp to 375º to crisp topping).
