1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk and butter over low heat. Add the 2 tbsp sugar, stir til dissolved. Bring to boil, add flour, stirring constantly. When mixture reaches dough like consistency remove from heat and let cool about 5 minutes.
Separately beat each egg and add one at a time to the mix, making sure to mix entire egg in before adding next one. Fit pastry bag with a large star tip, fill with dough. Pipe into hot oil, cook until light brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from oil, drain some oil off on paper towel, and coat in sugar cinnamon mixture.
