1 1/2 cups butter, softened
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1-8oz container sour cream
1 tsp lemon extract
1/4 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Beat butter until creamy, add in sugar, beating til light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until the yolk disappears.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda. Add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat at low speed until well blended, stir in extracts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 80-90 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
