1 lb rustic italian bread
1 cup grated parmesan
2 cloves garlic pressed
2 tbsp italian herbs
3 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
The day before you plan to make breadcrumbs slice the bread into 1/2" slices. Place on cake racks to dry overnight. Place in food processor and process til crumbs. Add cheese, garlic, hers and salt and continue to pulse until fine. Store in freezer or refrigerator for 3-4 days.
