Yellow Cake Mix
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp, vanilla

Mix and chill 1 hour. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on greased pan in 350º oven for 10-12 minutes

They don't look real done when you take them out but they do harden. If you bake too long they loose their gooey butter taste!
