3 tbsp. instant potatoes
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water



Rolls:
6 cups bread flour
1˝ cups warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1 cup starter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil

Starter:
Mix all ingredients and set on counter overnight. Refrigerate for 3 days. Remove from refrigerator and add 3/4 sugar, 1˝ cups warm water and 3 tablespoons instant potatoes. Leave out on counter overnight.

Rolls:
Mix 6 cups bread flour, 1˝ cups warm water, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 cup of starter, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup oil. Mix and put in a large greased bowl. Flip dough over to coat both sides. Cover and let sit out overnight on counter. Next morning, divide dough into 3 parts. To make bread loaf, knead about 9-10 times and place in 3 oiled loaf pans. Cover and let rise overnight on counter. To make rolls: divide dough into 3 parts and pinch off pieces about the size of a golf ball. Put in oiled cake pan. Put a dozen pieces in each pan. Let rise overnight on counter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

To feed starter:
Every 5 days add 3/4 cup sugar, 1˝ cups warm water and 3 tablespoons instant potatoes. Mix and put in glass jar and let sit on counter overnight. Next day take out 1 cup of the starter to make bread. Put rest back in refrigerator. Even if you’re not going to make bread you must pull out the 1 cup of starter. Throw away the 1 cup if you're not going to make bread.
