1 large pkg frozen hash browns (thawed)
3/4 cup margarine
2 cups diced ham, sausage, or bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine in 9 x 13 baking pan. Pat hash browns with paper towel to remove moisture. Place hash browns in bottom of baking pan. Cover with meat and cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Then pour over potatoes. Can be made the night before and refrigerated. Bake for 40 min.
