2 can mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp mustard
1 32oz jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 8oz package egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs polish sausage cut into 1" pieces
2 cups shredded swiss
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease 9x13" baking dish
Mix first four ingredients together. Spread sauerkraut in pan, top with noodles. Spoon soup mixture over top, cover with sausage and top with cheese.
Combine bread crumbs and butter in small bowl, mix and sprinkle over casserole. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
