Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
8 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
enough flour to make a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Let rest 15-20 minutes before rolling out. Fill with desired filling, boil in salted water until they rise to the top. Fry until browned in margarine. Serve with fried onions, crisp bacon crumbled and sour cream and salsa.
