Ingredients:  
2 C crushed pineapple, including juice
1 lg. box lime jello
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 C chopped celery
1 C chopped pecans
1 1/4 C evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pineapple & jello together until it boils.
Cut cream cheese into chunks and stir into jello until cream cheese is melted. Chill mixture until firm.
Add celery & pecans.
Fold in evaporated milk which has been beaten with an electric mixer until it is almost stiff.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
