10 cup water
1 lb mushrooms
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups chopped carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3-4 cups cooked roast beef
2 cups cooked wild rice
3/4 cup flour
3 cup mils
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
2-3 tsp salt
3/4 tsp basil
3/4 tsp pepper

Dumplings-
2 cups biscuit mix
1 cup shredded cheese
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 7 ingredients in pot. Boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Add beef and rice. Stir flour and milk until smooth. Add to soup, bring to boil, cook until thickened. Add butter and seasoning.
Combine dumpling ingredients and drop by spoonful into soup. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Do not lift lid.
