2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp milk.
Dill Butter-
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp dill
1/8 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine flour, powder, sugar and salt. Stir in cheese. Cut in shortening until mix is coarse. Stir in milk. Roll out and cut into squares. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450º for 10-12 minutes. Combine dill, garlic and butter. Brush over hot bisquits.
