2 can campbell fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 can evaporated milk (4oz)
2 tbsp minced chives (divided)
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients less 1 tbsp chives in crock pot. Cook on low 2 hours, stir well, sprinkle with remaining chives. Serve with crackers
