1 loaf french bread
8 large eggs, beaten
3 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup soft margarine
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13x9 pan. Butter French Bread. Cut bread into 20 equal slices, arrange down length of pan, overlapping slices.
Combine eggs and next 6 ingredients. Pour over bread. Cover and chill overnight. Combine brown sugar and remaining 5 ingredients. Cover and chill overnight.
Preheat oven to 350º. Crumble brown sugar mix over bread slices. Bake for 40 minutes or until browned.
