1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 small cans shoe peg corn, drained
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
1 whole jalapeņo pepper, chopped fine
1 small bottle Italian dressing
Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with corn chips.
