6 c flour
1 c warm milk
1 c warm water
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together into a soft dough. Let set for 30 minutes, covered. The longer it rests, the easier to roll out. Roll and cut in 3 inch sqs. Fill with your favorite filling . To cook them drop in boiling water until they come to the top. Cover with sauteed onion and oil.

I make them and freeze them (raw). Since I married a Ukrainian we fill them with mashed potatoes, saurkraut or cottage cheese.
