2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 green pepper chopped
2 lg Spanish onion chopped
3 or 4 jalapeņos diced (remove seeds and membrane optional)
3lb Hamburg
3 hot sauages (casing removed)
1 28oz can tomato puree
1 28oz diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil

in a large stock pot med heat add oil and beef and sauage brown, chop the meat mixture till brown then drain the fat return meat back to pot add spices, mix in veggies and tomatoes juice and all.simmer for 2hrs or so.. serve with crusty bread and cheese..
