Boneless roast (I use a rump roast)
1 chopped onion
1 can green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans rotel tomatoes
Chopped jalapeņos (to taste)
1 1/2 c. pinto beans (dry)
Chili powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot--cook for 14 hours on low. Serve with flour tortillas, grated cheese, sour cream, or whatever toppings you like.
