Directions:
Split in half 6 pig feet, put them in a kettle with 2 onions, 1 clove garlic split, 2 bay leaves, 6 peppercorns, crushed, 1 lemon sliced, 1 tsp. salt & 8 cloves.
Cover pig feet with water, bring to boil, simmer for about 2 1/2 hrs. or until tender.
Drain and cool.
Arrange feet in a shallow pan, spread with a mixture of 6 tblsps. each English mustard & olive oil.
Sprinkle them with 6 tblsps. fine bread crumbs.
Broil the pigs' feet under a moderate flame until golden.
