1 package frozen chopped spinach,
1/2 small - medium sweet onion, grated
butter
3 eggs beaten
11/2 lbs ricotta
8-10 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp gravy flour
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
saute spinach and grated onion in butter. Set aside to cool. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add this to spinach and put in unbaked pie shell. Spread with sour cream. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes.
