Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 cups diced bread
3 cups milk
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
pinch of salt
1/4 cup raisins ( washed and diced )

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar,eggs and milk together .
Add bread,raisins and salt to above mixture.
Grease a pan with butter, then pour mixture in.
Place dot of butter on top of mixture.

Bake at 250 oven for 1 hour, pudding is done when you insert a knife in center and it comes out clean.
Note - place pudding in pan of cold water on oven rack to cook.
