1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in plastic bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
