Crust-
2 c. Cocoa Puffs
3/4c. flour
1/4c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 c. cold stick of butter, cubed

Filling-
1 egg
10 oz. coffee-flavored low fat yogurt
2 Tbsp.+ 1 tsp. flour
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. coffee or vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cereal, 3/4 c. of flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Cut butter with pastry blender or pulse with food processor until mixture resembles course crumbs. Press half of true cereal mixture firmly into bottom of parchment or foil lined 8" square baking dish. Beat egg, yogurt, flour, salt, and extract until well blended with wire whisk. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of cereal mixture and then sprinkle the rest of the cereal mixture on top of yogurt. Bake for 30-35 mins or until golden brown and set. Cool completely, cut into bars, wrap them individually, and then store in refrigerator . Enjoy!!

There are many different variations that you could try of these:
Raisin Bran with any fruit yogurt.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch with peach or blueberry yogurt.
Golden Grahams with chocolate yogurt.
* My daughter LOVED the original recipe and always asked for it when she was a little girl.
