Ingredients:  
4 cups of cooked chicken, cut up into bite sized pieces,
3 cups of cooked rice, 3/4 cups of sour cream,
2 (10.5 ounce) cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup chicken broth,1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup butter melted, 2 cups of crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Mix all ingrediants but crackers and butter together and spread into casserole dish.
Mix butter and cracker crumbs together and spread on top. Bake until heated through
