3 sticks Parkay
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chip cookies
1/2 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream parkay and sugars together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake 350º 10 to 12 minutes.

I got this recipe out of a Pillsbury Cookbook I got for a wedding present. I think everyone in El Dorado has this recipe, I have even given cookie making classes. If cookies seem to flatten out as they bake--add more flour.
