1 pastry pie shell or tart shells for mini quiche appetizers
Filling -
3/4 cup light carnation canned milk
2/3 cup grated swiss cheese
1 can crab or diced ham
diced onion,green pepper,mushrooms
chopped broccoli,etc

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cheese on bottom of pie shell,top with meat and vegetables. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
