3/4 c. margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp crushed cardamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar & shortening well and fluffy. Beat eggs into mixture. Mix in cardamon. By hand mix in flour mixture and sour cream, alternately about 1/3 each time. With a spatula make 4 rows of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkl with sugar and cinnamon. Bake @ 350º for 25 min. Remove from oven and cut immediately into 1/2 in. slices. Turn on sides on the cookie sheet. Return to over at 250º for 35-40 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet.
