Mix yeast with 2 tablespoons sugar and water. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and oil with yeast mixture. Add 1 cup water and flour. Mix till smooth and place dough in greased, large glass bowl. Flip dough twice to get grease covering on dough. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. The next day separate dough into 4 parts. Knead each part on floured surface. Roll out about the size of a plate and 1/4 inch thick. Brush dough with melted oleo and cut like cutting a pizza. Cut into 8 slices. Roll up from the big end and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise till doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
