1 pork tenderloin (can use pork shoulder cut)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of root beer
1 bottle of BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork with salt and pepper and place in crock pot. Cook on low for 1 hour. Drain initial juices from the pork and add can of root beer. Continue to cook in crock pot for 6 additional hours or until pork pulls apart easily. Remove pork from crock pot and discard juices. Shred pork and add your favorite BBQ sauce (I love Baby Ray's!). Serve on big Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns with coleslaw, pickles or even pineapple slices! Yum!
