2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp flour
Few grains cayenne
1/2 cup cream
2 cups cooked shrimp
salt
1 tbsp sherry flavoring
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix in flour,salt and cayenne.Slowly add miilk and cream,bring to boiling point.Add sherry.Serve on rice garnish with pimento strips
