1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp soy sauce
1 can corn,drained
1 tsp dried thyme
12 oz potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 cup peas
2 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
8 oz cooked turkey,cubed
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp ground marjoram
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
In a saucepan,melt margaine over med heat.Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon flour and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Whisk in broth,1/4 cup water and soy sauce.Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer,stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes until thick.Set aside.

Preheat oven to 400.Spray a 2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside .In a large bowl,combine turkey and 1 tablespoon flour.Add corn,peas,milk,thyme,marjoram and prepared gravy.Mix well and spoon into casserole dish.Spread potatoes over top and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and potatoes are golden brown . 4 grams of fat and 4 grams of fiber
